Job Description:
Our client, a warehouse and distribution centre, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative on a temp to perm bias to join their busy team due to increase in business levels and ongoing expansion plans. This would suit someone that has worked in a similar position previously (used to dealing with high volume of calls ideally call centre experience) and is looking for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with a large volume of inbound calls, processing orders and dealing with stock levels
- Liaising with other areas of the business to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assisting in the preparation and updating of weekly reports within excel spreadsheets
