Job Description:
Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager for a brand-new supported living service in Oldland Common (Elizabeth Close). You will lead 40-hour weeks, support the Registered Manager and supervise staff to provide safe, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
The role focuses on PBS-based practice, risk assessment and MDT collaboration, with occasional on-call duties. We offer up to £34,000 salary, pension and strong training.
