Franchisee Coach: On-site Sushi Skills & Food Safety

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Training Coach to support our franchised kiosks across the UK. This is a full-time, field-based role requiring travel and overnight stays, with a competitive salary and car allowance.

You will conduct regular kiosks assessments, deliver on-site coaching and training on sushi skills, food safety, and operational excellence, and help new Franchisees settle in with tailored induction. You’ll partner with our Operations Team to raise standards network-wide.
