Night Support Worker — Help Others Build Independence

Voyage Care in Edlington is hiring a Night Support Worker to help residents gain independence and improve daily living skills. You’ll work 8pm–8am on a 35-hour contract, delivering compassionate, hands-on care in a residential setting.

Ideal candidates are caring, resilient and flexible, with experience or willingness to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans. A full UK driving license is preferred. The role offers enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, overtime, and a range of staff benefits.
