Teaching Assistant: Inclusive Learning & Phonics Support

Old Cleeve First School in Somerset is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work under the direction of teaching staff, supporting learning and classroom management. You will help pupils access learning and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

You will assist with phonics, reading, writing and maths interventions, encourage independence and resilience, and provide nurturing pastoral support to promote emotional wellbeing. This is a fixed-term, term-time role.
