Company needS Domestic Energy Assessor. We are seeking a motivated EPC Assessor (Domestic Energy Assessor) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive energy assessments for residential properties, producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) that help clients understand their property’s energy efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable living initiatives while providing excellent customer service and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed on-site inspections of residential properties to gather data on building fabric, heating systems, insulation, and appliances.
- Accurately compile information to produce EPCs that meet industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain assessment processes and findings, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain organized records of assessments, reports, and related documentation using IT systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Stay updated on current regulations, standards, and best practices related to domestic energy assessments.
- Drive to various property locations efficiently while adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assessments and reports.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of Level 3 Domestic Retrofit Assessor qualification (essential).
- A passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, and the retrofit sector.
- A professional, detail-focused approach to surveys and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents and clients.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Assessor must have driving license and willing to cover all areas of London as per jobs.
