Job Description:
Agincare is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a brand-new supported living service in Oldland Common. You will lead a team to deliver safe, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, ensuring high-quality practice and PBS-informed approaches.
You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager, develop staff, manage risk and contribute to care planning, governance and MDT collaboration.
