Jersey Evening Post is seeking a customer service assistant to handle telephone orders, promote offers, and resolve customer queries. The role requires teamwork and a friendly, professional approach.
Shifts run 7am-3pm Monday to Friday and 6am-9am Saturdays; two days finish 30 minutes earlier. This on-site position offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact for a wide customer base.
