Radiology Booking Agent — Patient‑Focused Scheduling

Bupa Cromwell Hospital is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Booking Agent to manage radiology bookings across CT, MRI, ultrasound and more. You will coordinate referrals, contact patients by phone and email, and ensure accurate preparation instructions and safety protocols are followed.

You’ll work with radiologists, nurses and clinicians to meet KPIs and support patient journeys in a fast-paced private hospital setting.
