Patient Complaints & PALS Officer

The Complaints & PALS Team at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Complaints & PALS Officer to join the office and support a wide range of user enquiries and processes.

You will log, acknowledge and close complaints & PALS contacts in line with Trust policy, arrange meetings and take minutes, answer calls, and maintain databases and spreadsheets while liaising with staff across the organisation.
