Your new company n A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to support key record-to-report activities within a busy finance function and make an immediate impact.Your new role n Reporting to the finance manager, you will be responsible for supporting the month-end process and delivering accurate financial information to support business decision-making responsibilities will include:

- n
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances
- Supporting the month-end and year-end close process
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring accounting controls are followed
- Preparing and posting journals, accruals and prepayments
- Analysing financial data and providing reports to stakeholders
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Supporting record-to-report processes across the wider finance function
- Working collaboratively with operational and finance teams to resolve queries

What you'll need to succeed n To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
- n
- Part-qualified status (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant management accounting experience
- Previous experience within a management accounting, assistant management accounting or assistant accountant role
- Experience supporting month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
