Asset Reliability Lead – Food Manufacturing

360 Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a food manufacturing site in Bristol. You will lead day-to-day maintenance and engineering activities, maximise asset reliability, and drive KPI reporting using Fresh Report.

You’ll implement and optimise PPM programmes, manage service contracts and external contractors, develop SOPs, and mentor a high-performance engineering team while controlling budgets and resources.
