HIEM is a hybrid working organisation with staff working a combination of home and office working. Our office is based in Nottingham and travel across the East Midlands may also be expected as part of this role.
This role is offered as full-time on a 12 month fixed term/secondment basis and will be subject to a six month probationary period.

Person specification
Essential criteria
- Post graduate (or equivalent) business or management qualification or significant experience in an operational business management role with well-developed business management skills
Experience
Essential criteria
- Proven experience working in an operational role within the healthcare sector at a management level
- Substantial experience of providing comprehensive business management support to very senior colleagues
- Significant experience of producing high quality documents including formal minutes, briefings, reports and correspondence
- Expert in Microsoft Office Packages; particularly strong Word and Excel skills
Communication and relationship skills

- Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral with excellent attention to detail
Analytical and judgement skills
