Night Shift Team Manager: Lead, Coach & Grow the Store

Tesco is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing team in our Bradford store. You will recruit, train and coach colleagues to deliver great range, quality and service for customers while prioritising safety and legal compliance.

You’ll lead trade activity with insight to grow sales and maximise profit, implement the Store Change Plan, and ensure resources and hours are used where they benefit customers most.
