About you
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience (desirable)
What you’ll do
- Advise managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management
- Support recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Conduct investigations and assist with formal HR processes
- Coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies
- Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing programmes
