Branch Manager – Plumbmaster Coleraine

Plumbmaster are a leading specialist within the plumbing & heating division of the Haldane Group.
The opportunity We’re looking for a Plumbmaster Branch Manager to join us. In this role you’ll lead the day-to-day running of a plumbing & heating branch, delivering safe, profitable, customer-focused trading through the branch team. You’ll lead from the front, set the standard, and bring the best out of your team. Most of all, it’s a role where what you do really matters – every day you’ll help our customers build with confidence.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop the Plumbmaster team.
- Deliver plumbing & heating sales and margin.
- Maintain specialist product knowledge and stock.
- Develop trade and installer relationships.
- Own branch safety, standards, and housekeeping.
- Control costs, resourcing, and standards.
- A leader with ability to take the branch forward in line with Group objectives
- Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
- Focused on generating revenue
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Able to lead and manage a team
- An excellent communicator with effective people skills
- Experienced with systems and procedures
What you’ll bring We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Plumbing & heating merchant management experience.
- Specialist product knowledge.
- People and commercial skills.
- Able to meet the health & safety, legislative and competency prerequisites for the role, including any required licences, tickets, training, and Opus SMS responsibilities.
