Instead of working in one department, we’relooking for new Team Members to work across different teams onresort to support our guests and provide them with a fantasticexperience during their stay with Butlin’s.
Ourlifeguards play a vital role in making sure guests have a fun andsafe experience in our pool and on the flumes at SplashWaterworld.
Safety is our top priority, so thisposition demands excellent attention to detail, alongside a warmand engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead andsupport poolside activities, helping create unforgettable momentsfor our guests.

You will be a high spirited andfun-loving multi-tasker who loves learning new things and workingwith a like-minded group of people.
As a TeamMember Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning ouraccommodation and then will work as a lifeguard the rest of yourcontracted hours.
No day will ever be the same and you willenjoy the variety of working with lots of different team membersand guests.
If you have a previouslifeguard qualification that’s brilliant, but we will also put youthrough your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need tostart your career inlifeguarding. Ifselected, you’ll be invited to complete and pass a Butlin’s swimtest.
