Senior Play Product Manager – Connected Products

Overview

In this role you will shape next‑generation, technology‑enabled play experiences for LEGO. You will lead the product vision and roadmaps, collaborating with technology teams to deliver high‑quality, engaging products for children and adults. You will translate user insights into opportunities and measurable outcomes, balancing user value with business impact. You will drive cross‑functional alignment, prototypes and demos to communicate the vision, and ensure solutions delight users at every step. Responsibilities

• Champion the user voice by analyzing insights and trends to identify compelling opportunities
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps and secure buy‑in across the organization
• Define and analyze success metrics and financials to ground decisions in value
• Tackle complex requirements and partner across teams to drive the product through its lifecycle
• Manage stakeholders, translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, and craft demos that communicate value
• Deliver and grow products by integrating play value, usability studies, research and market analysis into technical requirements
• Drive outcomes at every stage to ensure the right products are built well and delight users

Key requirements

• Significant hands‑on product management experience in connected products, consumer electronics, robotics or related field
• Deep user empathy supported by data
• Experience from discovery to launch and beyond
• Comfort across hardware, firmware and platform tech stacks
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to frame decisions by business impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Bias toward action and proactive problem‑solving
• Passion for interactive experiences and user‑centered design principles
• Desire to push LEGO play into new experiences
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, JAMA
