Responsibilities
- Define and execute the country-wide sales strategy aligned with regional objectives
- Oversee corporate accounts, distribution, and direct sales channels to grow revenue
- Manage pricing, deployment of innovations, and customer penetration to boost market share
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong performance
- Own P&L for the UK institutional business, driving profitability and sustainability
- Implement data-driven decision-making and market intelligence to optimise strategies
- Lead and mentor a senior sales leadership team (7 District Managers, Business Development, Sales Support)
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technical Training to drive business effectiveness
- Cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, distributors, and strategic partners
- Identify new opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives
Key requirements
- 7-10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience
- P&L management experience and ability to optimize pricing and margins
- Strong business acumen to translate market insights into strategy
- Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at executive level
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel up to 60% in the UK and occasionally abroad
