You will work on technically challenging disputes before the Technology and Construction Court, as well as arbitrations, adjudications, and mediations with an international dimension. The role offers City-level calibre work outside London, combining standout remuneration with a high-quality, cross-border practice. You will contribute to a team tackling defects, delays, professional negligence and high-profile cladding cases, shaping outcomes for top clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of construction disputes including defects, delay and disruption, payment disputes, professional negligence, terminations, fire safety and cladding cases
• Represent clients in TCC litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation
• Engage in international disputes across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with a team of experienced construction disputes lawyers and specialists
• Develop and deliver high-quality advisory and litigation strategies for high-value matters

Key requirements

• 2-7 PQE
• Experience handling serious construction disputes
• Background in TCC litigation, arbitration, adjudication or mediation
• Willingness to relocate to Bristol while maintaining London-calibre work
• Strong understanding of construction contract disputes and industry practices
