Senior Management Accountant

Overview

In this role, you will oversee critical finance processes within Hard Services, ensuring accurate intercompany transactions and cost allocations. You will collaborate with the broader finance team to maintain reconciliations, support payroll, and assist audits, contributing to robust financial control. Your work will support the company’s mission to deliver excellent facilities management while empowering teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead intercompany process within Hard Services to ensure accuracy and alignment with BUs across Group
• Manage recharge and reallocation activities to ensure correct accounting of costs and revenues in Hard Services
• Support balance sheet reconciliations where applicable
• Assist payroll processes with timely reconciliations
• Provide audit support for internal and external audits as required
• Build and maintain relationships with other finance team members

Key requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA, or ACA designation
• Experience in streamlining financial processes (process automation)
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with diverse stakeholders
• ERP experience with D365 is preferable but not essential
