Senior Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Real Estate Advisory, you help clients transform how they use buildings to unlock strategic value. You’ll work with senior decision-makers, run data-driven portfolio analyses, and develop robust business cases to secure funding. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, translate complex real estate challenges into actionable solutions, and help clients across public and private sectors achieve growth and resilience. This role offers cross-sector impact within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and craft tailored real estate solutions for real problems
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on current real estate and sector trends
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare proposals

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• Proven experience authoring strategic documentation such as Business Cases or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education / Commercial sectors and understanding relevant legislation, policies, and procurement
• Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs
