IAM Consulting Roles (Consultant to Associate Director)

Overview

You will work within a global consulting team delivering IAM solutions to diverse clients. The role blends technical IAM work with advisory delivery, diagnostics, and strategy support in hybrid environments across multiple UK cities. You will engage with stakeholders, shape IAM implementations, and help minimise risk while aligning with client needs. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on IAM solutions across sectors
• Support complex client engagements and IAM diagnostics
• Assist with application onboarding and solution releases
• Contribute specialised input into IAM implementations of various scales
• Gather IAM requirements and liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as an SME on IAM controls needed by clients

Key requirements

• IAM expertise and understanding of technical controls and contemporary IAM risks
• Experience implementing one or more IAM tools (Okta, Entra ID, BeyondTrust, OneIdentity, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Saviynt)
• Eligibility for SC clearance
• Consulting experience in IAM
