Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you drive commercial success on Design & Build healthcare projects across the UK. You will work within the commercial team to secure larger contracts and ensure project profitability. The role combines contract negotiation, cost reporting, and collaboration with directors, buyers, and accounts to deliver technically challenging hospital refurbishments, new builds, and MRI installations. You’ll join a reputable specialist contractor with a track record of long-term client relationships and growth. Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of Design & Build healthcare projects
• Negotiate contracts and support legal reviews
• Produce cost reports and monitor project financial performance
• Work closely with Directors, buyers and accounts teams
• Assist with project quotations and tender pricing
• Support delivery of specialist hospital refurbishment and new build projects
• Office-based role with occasional nationwide site visits

Key requirements

• Quantity Surveying experience
