Job Title: *Catering Engineer * Commercial Kitchen EngineernnnJob Summary:nnWe are seeking a commercial catering engineer to join our growing team.nnnIt is an exciting time with a period of growth.nnnServing the hospitality industry across Home Counties & London.nnnKey Responsibilities:nnn* ·Service, maintenance, repairs & installation of all catering kitchen equipment. Including but not limited to; Combi Ovens, Dish & Glass Washers, Fryers, Griddles, & morenn* Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.nnnKey Requirements:nnn* CCN1, CCCN1, COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5nn* Gas Registered/Safe (Natural & LPG)nn* Full Driving Licensenn* Relevant Electrical Experience (18th Edition, HNC, NVQ, City & Guilds Electrics)nn* Experience working with Rational Combi Ovens – SCC & iCombi Pro (Electric & Gas)nn* Experience working with warewashing equipmentnn* Experience working with commercial catering equipmentnnnDesired Requirements:nnn* COMCAT 4 is not essential but would be beneficial.nn* HVAC-R/F-Gas Experience is not essential but would be beneficial.nnnIn-house training provided on lines of equipment that represent a part of our business outside of commercial catering equipment.nnnMonday – Friday.nnn7am – 4pm (Includes 30 minutes unpaid lunch).nnnMust have a full driving license (Ideally clean).nnnCompany van, fuel card, workwear & tools are provided.nnnSalary: £45,000 – £48,000 (Experience dependant).nnnThis salary is inclusive of all hours required to perform your duties. No additional payments will be made for overtime worked. Some days you will finish earlier than 4pm and others later, workloads are managed to allocate jobs to be completed within these times.nnnOn call rota for 1 in 5 weeks (Either overnight stays or out of hours call-outs – retainer paid for OOH + additional payment for any attended call-outs.
