Senior Enterprise Risk Leader, ERM Framework

Starling Bank is seeking an experienced risk leader to join as Group Head of Enterprise Risk. You will own and oversee the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and support embedding risk policy management and culture across three lines of defence.

Leading cross-functional initiatives, you’ll refresh ERMF annually, develop risk taxonomy, monitor principal and material risks, and report findings to the Board.
