DCM Director, European Real Estate

Tishman Speyer seeks a Debt Capital Markets Director to lead European debt origination, structuring and execution for a European private equity real estate portfolio. You will work across acquisitions, developments and existing assets in multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires deep market insight, senior relationships with banks, funds and institutions, and the ability to model financing structures, manage diligence and negotiate terms end to end.
