Adult Social Worker – Hybrid Role (Learning Disabilities)

Community Care Live is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team in Greater London. The role requires a minimum of two years’ permanent experience post-qualification and a valid UK driving licence. You will work with adults 18+ to assess needs, plan care, and support independence.

The position offers hybrid working, supportive management, regular supervision, and onsite/nearby parking. Pay is £33 per hour (PAYE available).
