We’re looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Community Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Abingdon and the surrounding areas.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll provide practical and emotional support, helping individuals maintain their independence and enjoy a good quality of life at home.
The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily routines
- Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
- Supporting with medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Supporting individuals with their day-to-day activities
- Maintaining accurate care records

- Operating hours between 7am and 10pm
