Mentmore Recruitment Ltd. is helping a UK training and safety services business in Telford appoint an Interim HR Manager for a 9‑month maternity cover. The role is standalone and hands-on, owning the UK people agenda, supporting an international team, and reviewing onboarding and induction.
The position operates as hybrid with minimum 2 days on site. You will drive onboarding improvements, HRIS integration with Finance, and provide strategic HR input during a busy change phase.
