- Partnership and LLP governance
- Structuring and constitutional advice
- Advisory
- Transactional support including new office openings, acquisitions, restructuring
- PE investments into partnerships and LLPs
- Regulatory and compliance matters

Successful candidate:
- 8+PQE, England & Wales Qualified
- At least 8 years’ experience advising professional partnerships within a well-respected professional partnerships team
