Senior Legal Counsel, Commodities Markets

Natixis is seeking an experienced senior specialist lawyer to provide strategic and transactional support for the Commodities Markets business, covering energy, metals and related markets.

You will lead structuring, negotiation and drafting of derivatives, physical trading, and structured financing, ensuring governance and risk discipline.
