A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly respected Lincolnshire law firm at Partner level.
With ambitious growth plans and an excellent reputation across the region, the firm is seeking a commercially minded private client specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while helping drive the continued expansion of the department.
You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
- LPAs and EPAs
- Court of Protection and mental capacity matters
Alongside managing a quality caseload, this role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team, contribute to strategic growth plans and play an active role in business development and relationship building.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Strong experience across all core Private Client matters
- Comfortable working autonomously and leading a team
- Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
- Passionate about business development and growing a successful practice
- STEP qualification or an interest in obtaining it would be advantageous
