You will be proactive in responding to student and parent enquiries, able to work effectively under pressure, and responsive to both customer and team requirements.You will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building positive relationships with students, parents, managers, and external stakeholders.You will also support the wider Student Services Team with activities that promote the Group and enhance the learner journey.If you feel you have the skills, experience, and attributes to succeed in this role, we look forward to receiving your application.As our Administrative Assistant, you will:• Provide an efficient and effective administrative service for the Student Services Team, handling enquiries from staff, students, and key stakeholders, including schools, members of the public, and external agencies.
