Project Manager (Retail)

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver a range of retail projects from inception to completion within a respected construction and property consultancy. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. You will monitor programme, budget, quality and risks, and support procurement, contract administration and project reporting. You will maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery aligns with client requirements. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and wider project teams
• Monitor programme, budget, quality and project risks
• Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Assist with procurement and tender processes
• Support contract administration and project reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client requirements
