In this role you will support a leading Bristol Banking & Finance practice, handling a range of non-contentious work from inception to completion. You will contribute to high-profile, often cross-border transactions, collaborating with lenders, sponsors, borrowers and public sector bodies. The position offers early responsibility, cross-functional exposure, and a clear path for progression within a collaborative and ambitious team. Responsibilities
- Own matters from start to finish on banking transactions
- Work across real estate finance, project/infrastructure finance, corporate and acquisition finance
- Handle fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives
- Collaborate with lenders, sponsors, borrowers and public sector bodies
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Contribute to high-value, international transactions
- Support senior colleagues and develop client-facing skills
Key requirements
- Around 3+ years’ PQE in banking & finance from a well-regarded firm
- Strong experience across banking transactions and lending structures
- Commercial, solutions-focused mindset with excellent technical ability
- Confidence to manage transactions and build client relationships
- Proactive and team-oriented approach
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
