Overview
In this role you will handle a broad range of commercial property matters for a respected Westcountry practice. You will work within the commercial property team to support complex transactions and landlord–tenant matters, collaborating with clients, agents and lenders to ensure smooth completions. The position offers visibility, career progression and a supportive culture in a well-regarded firm known for quality work. This is a hands-on role with real impact on property deals across office, retail and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
- Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
- Manage acquisitions and disposals of offices, retail units, industrial sites and mixed-use developments
- Advise on landlord and tenant issues including lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, subletting
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and fellow solicitors to ensure seamless transactions
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Solid background in commercial property law and transactional work
- Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
