Senior Director, People & Culture — EMEA Leader

Catapult is seeking a Senior Director, People & Culture to lead strategic workforce initiatives and culture across the EMEA region from our London office. You will partner with senior business leaders to design and implement scalable people solutions that enable business performance.

Reporting to the VP, People & Culture based in Melbourne, you will lead a regional P&C team of three, driving talent engagement, development and retention while navigating a fast-paced global environment.
