Engineering Manager – Defence & Aerospace Delivery Leader

IrvinGQ is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and delivery of safety-critical components for defence and aerospace. You will own resource planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring, while driving continuous improvement across the department.

You will work with the Business Unit Manager and senior leaders to align projects with strategic objectives, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality targets.
