Hybrid Claims Product Owner – Transformation Leader

Hastings Direct is seeking a Claims Product Owner in a hybrid role (Bexhill, Leicester or London) to drive our Claims Transformation agenda. You’ll own prioritisation, user stories and delivery, coordinating with the Transformation Director and project teams to push a fast-paced portfolio forward.

You will build strong lines of communication with stakeholders, document requirements, and define acceptance criteria while guiding testing and deployment decisions.
