European Growth Lead — DTC & PPC Mastery (Remote)

Afina is seeking a Head of Growth – Europe to own the full DTC / Shopify growth engine for Europe and to achieve a 100% YoY channel growth, profitably.

You will own the European DTC growth P&L and work closely with operations, creative production, email / SMS, and wholesale teams.

This remote role requires a hands-on, data-driven growth mindset and the ability to build a high-output team as European revenue scales.
