You’ll be working as part of a team as this role offers you the opportunity to put your sales expertise to use in a busy customer-facing environment with an uncapped commission. You’ll be responsible for developing great relationships with customers, lenders, dealers and colleagues.
This is a full time role, your usual hours will be Monday – Thursday 9am-6pm (one late shift a week of 10am-7pm), Friday 9am-5pm and 1 Saturday in 4 with hours of 9am-4pm.

What You’ll Need
- Previous experience working in a competitive sales environment, preferably in financial services or sales experience in a motor dealership
- Motivated and driven to regularly achieve and exceed targets
- Always looking for and implementing ways to do things better — continuous improvement mindset
- Resilience to deal with setbacks and handle pressure
- Well organised with great attention to detail and ability to manage your own diary
- Navigate multiple computer systems quickly and effectively
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with customers and third parties, through multiple channels, including over the phone and in writing
- Minimum 2 years sales broker experience required
- Ability to reliably commute to Bournemouth BH1 1BZ
