This critical role involves the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will be instrumental in driving improvements on the production floor, working with advanced technologies and methodologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement optimized manufacturing processes for automotive components and assemblies.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation , work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure successful product launches and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Monitor production performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer , preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in automotive manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with process simulation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
