UKG/Kronos Systems Manager – Workforce Scheduling Lead

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a hands-on ADP/UKG/Kronos Systems Manager to support Workforce Management across 25 hotels in four countries. You’ll configure scheduling systems, manage updates and ensure accurate payroll outputs.

Reporting into the Product Team, you’ll partner with HR, finance and hotel operations to drive adoption and simplify complex processes into practical operational support across a hybrid, multi-site environment.
