  • Own and drive the project plan, milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insight and build engagement
  • Support change management and communications activity to ensure successful adoption

What You’ll Deliver

By the end of the programme, you’ll have created a suite of tools, frameworks and resources that support managers, employees and HR teams, including:

  • HR Governance Framework

  • HR Audit Framework
  • Policy Review & Modernisation Programme
  • Employee Relations Framework

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Experience within a multi-site or international organisation would be advantageous

Why Join Peak?
