In-House Solicitor: Property & Corporate Counsel

Kings Oak Capital is seeking a qualified solicitor in the UK with strong experience in property, real estate, or commercial law to manage a high-volume, multi-entity caseload. You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, leases, and development agreements while liaising with external professionals to ensure timely completions.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, excellent drafting ability, and minimum 2-3 years PQE in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
