EMEA VP of Sales — AI‑Driven GTM Leader (London)

incident.io is seeking a senior leader to own the EMEA revenue engine from early traction to sustained scale. Based in London, you will build and manage the regional sales organization, drive deals with CTOs, CIOs and CISOs, and partner across engineering and product to shape GTM strategy.

Expect frequent travel across EMEA and occasional US visits. You’ll recruit top A-players, set high performance standards, and ensure predictable execution with clear metrics and fiscal discipline.
