Portfolio Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

National Highways is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio within the South West capital programme. Based in Bristol or Exeter, you will manage external contractors, ensure governance, quality, health and safety across the supply chain, and deliver project outcomes.

You will coordinate with regional teams, report on delivery performance and drive improvements across the portfolio while maintaining strong stakeholder relations with communities and operators.
