Site Agent: Highways Infrastructure Lead on A30 Scheme

Morson Group is recruiting a Site Agent to join a major highways project on the A30 between Lee Mills and Ivybridge in Devon. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and site teams, and drive delivery safely and on programme.

The role requires proven highways and civil engineering experience, strong leadership, planning, and a proactive approach to HSEQ. CSCS Manager Card (Black or White) and SMSTS are essential; First Aid and other industry qualifications are desirable.
