Job Overview
We are looking for a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, specialising in Financial Services (FS). The role involves providing financial due diligence (FDD) on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions for private equity and corporate clients, and occasionally on public company transactions on the AIM Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of small and medium projects, and support large and complex engagements.
- Ensure full project planning, manage preparation of client deliverables, and oversee complex scope.
- Coach junior team members and oversee their work.
- Lead or contribute to diligence meetings with targets and clients; support senior colleagues in relationship management.
- Present findings to clients and support risk and compliance management.
- Manage WIP and support invoicing and cash recovery.
- Drive personal and professional growth, identifying market interest or sector focus.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification: ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA.
- At least 3years post‑qualification experience working on deals.
